By accessing or using NuGig you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
NuGig is an editorial and assessment tool that recommends potential side ventures and generates a 30-day plan based on the answers you provide. Recommendations and plans are informational and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and are solely responsible for the content you submit.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by submitting unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
5. Intellectual property
The NuGig name, logo, text, and generated plan format are owned by NuGig. You retain ownership of the personal responses you submit; you grant us a limited license to store and process them in order to operate the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outcomes from any venture depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of income, results, or suitability for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuGig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
